Schedule of Fees
Documents held by the Registry of Deeds are public information and available for viewing at the Registry office located at 11 Court Street in Taunton. There is no charge for viewing documents at the Registry. The below charges will apply for filing and copying of documents. The Registry is open in Taunton from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily ( last recording accepted at 4:00pm), and in Attleboro from 9am - 4pm (last recording accepted at 3:30pm) space is available at both locations to host closings. Real estate professionals or consumers who open an online account have 24/7 online access to view and print available recorded documents.
Advertising Policy:
The Northern Bristol County Registry of Deeds (NBCR) provides advertising opportunities for a fee to support local real estate professionals and peripheral industries. The NBCR reserves the right to refuse advertising for any reason. Web site page placement is not guaranteed, and advertising must be provided in a compatible format. Advertising must conform to FTC regulations (see below link). The NBCR contracts with the Massachusetts School of Information Technology (Mass Info Tech) for web site maintenance, production and administration. Advertisers may choose to contract Mass Info Tech separately for ad production or provide their own compatible digital ad meeting format requirements.
Advertising is sold in 13-week minimum increments at the advertised rate. All advertising must be paid in advance to NBCR.
Advertising Fees:
Set-up Charge: $150.00
Advertiser provides ad file: png, .jpeg, or .swf files required at exactly 180x300 pixels or 180x150 pixels.
